As a small, local start-up, your donations are crucial in helping us get off the ground. We’re community members building a business that relies on the support of our neighbors. By donating gear, you’re not only helping us build inventory, but you’re also playing a key role in sustaining the business and giving back to the community. We truly can’t do this without you, and we deeply appreciate any gear and equipment donations you bring our way. Together, we’re building something special for Homer!

sell/trade-in/consignment

--You can sell us your gear outright for cash or trade it in for store credit and receive 10% more on your return--

--We will consider consignment for high ticket items only ($500+)--

--We'll set up an account under your name and fill out a contract form together--

--The value of your product will be based on MSRP, condition and age of item, and demand--

--Once your credit is in your account, it will never expire--​

Our payout percentages are:

Store Credit - Up to 55% of your gear's selling price

Cash - Up to 45% of your gear's selling price

Consignment - Up to 70-80% of selling price on items $500+

For Consignment:

--To create consistency in the pricing of inventory, OSO maintains the discretion to set prices.--

--Item are subject to 25% discount if not sold after 30 days and further discounts after 60 days--

--We will hold end of season sales for the duration of 2 weeks at the end of each season. You will be notified by email before the sale begins and if your item has not sold, you will be responsible for reclaiming your item by the last day of the sale. Otherwise it becomes property of OSO--

--Summer season is April-September and Winter is October-March--

-- Indemnification: Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Old Sterling Outfitters, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability, claims, and lawsuits, including attorney fees and costs, arising out of the storage, handling, or sale of consignment items.--

--Waiver of Liability: Items remain the property of the consignor until they are sold. Old Sterling Outfitters, its owner, agents, and employees have no liability for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of consigned items.--
